Below you’ll find answers to common questions to help you feel confident and ready to explore the new platform.

What is Together Marathon County?

Together Marathon County is a county-wide volunteer hub hosted by the B.A. & Esther Greenheck Foundation. It brings volunteer opportunities from across Marathon County into one easy-to-use platform so you can browse, sign up, and stay connected with causes that matter to you and your community.

How do I access the platform?

You can access the volunteer hub here: togethermarathoncounty.galaxydigital.com

Do I need to create an account?

No account is needed to browse. When you’re ready to respond to an opportunity, you’ll be guided to create a profile so the organization can connect with you.

  •  A single, collaborative, centralized place to find volunteer opportunities across Marathon County
  • A welcoming, user-friendly experience
  • Clear, consistent opportunity descriptions and expectations

Why is this new hub being launched?

Our team guides you through every step. We’ll help you set up your profile, create your first volunteer postings, and learn how to use the platform with confidence. Is there a cost to join?

No. Membership is free for eligible nonprofits, including full access to the volunteer platform, community-wide recruitment support, and ongoing support. To be eligible, your organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public school, government entity based in Marathon County.

What kind of support is available after I join?

Beyond onboarding, our team is here for the long haul. You’ll have access to periodic training events, peer networking with other local coordinators, and a collaborative community that’s invested in helping your organization grow its volunteer program. If you run into questions or need help along the way, we’re a phone call or email away.

Not sure where to start?

That’s okay — reach out and we’ll help you figure out where you fit. Whether you want to volunteer, get your nonprofit connected, or explore how your business can get involved, a quick conversation is all it takes.
