Nonprofit leadership network – leading together
The Nonprofit Leadership Network, Leading Together, is a peer‑learning community where executive directors and senior leaders come to connect with others who truly understand the work. It’s a space for real conversations, shared problem‑solving, and the kind of support that only comes from peers navigating similar challenges and opportunities. By participating, you tap into a circle of leaders who openly share what’s working, offer perspective when things get tough, and help make the weight of leadership feel lighter. It’s a place to grow, recharge, and stay connected to the collective wisdom of colleagues you don’t want to miss.
Leading Together creates space for conversations to happen, helping you tap into a network of fellow leaders who are walking the same path and are eager to collaborate, encourage, and grow together.
Investing in your organization’s future
Strengthening your organization doesn’t have to happen alone. Together Marathon County supports nonprofits by listening closely, spotting emerging needs, and responding through shared problem‑solving, peer connections, and collaborative partnerships. Instead of a rigid set of trainings, we focus on creating space for conversations, learning from one another, and stepping in with resources or support as challenges and opportunities arise. Our goal is to help your organization grow in ways that feel practical, community‑rooted, and aligned with what you need most in the moment.
